Philips 32PW9536:
... bought this product around 2 years ago. When purchasing new I found it to be an excellent TV with superior picture and sound quality and it delivered everything I wanted from a TV. With it being a Philips and top of the range, I thought it would last a good while before needing to replace it. No chance there. Around 2 months after the manufacturers warranty had ran out, problems started to occur. When turning the ... Read the full review: Philips 32PW9536 by alexcsb |

Philips 14PV225 ... remote controls, the buttons on the front were too small. Then there were the practical concerns; the SCART lead issue that I don t understand and which Mark considers highly important... So Mark went off to McDonalds in a huff and I got talking to the assistant in Comet. I was totally fed up so I outlined what I wanted from a combo and asked if she had anything. She walked straight to the Philips 14pv 225 (as I found out later) and said this sounded like it fit the bill. She had this same combo in her kitchen and when she said her 6 year old could operate it I was sold. First impressions I loved it and so did Alice when she unwrapped it. The casing of the comb... Philips 329308 ... programming available . 2. The enhanced version of teletext is not used by our teletext providers. Other problems: 1. I am finding that the remote control is very sensitive to wear and tear and that numerals and paint are coming off. I don t use the tv that excessively. 2. Slow startup. Serious annoyances: The sound is appaling. Now, don t get me wrong the actual sound output is great BUT Philips have a serious problem with their cabinets - they are FAR to flimsy for such a big powerful tv. I have called engineers out twice to solve the problem of the case vibrating with the sound. If I press onto the top of the cabinet the vibration stops, let go and the whole ... Philips 32PW9544 ... television is 90 watts which gives you really good sound quality. Durability As yet, I am not really in the best of positions to comment on how long I think this television will last us and how reliable it will be. I think that we should get a good seven or so years use out of it, that’s if I have anything to do with it. You know that you are buying a very durable product when you purchase a Philips manufactured product. There are no obvious signs of anything that can go dramatically wrong at the moment and I don’t expect anything to. I will definitely update this review if anything does happen to it and it needs fixing. Ease of Use I have always found that all of...
