After Having my new beautiful Goodmans 28" widescreen for 2 days, it thought it would have a nervous breakdown and leave 2 black vertical lines down the screen, change channels by its self and turn its self on and off when it felt like it! I don’t know how people cant like this TV. Its is a 28” wide screen and mines silver. The thing about it is that it is soooooooooooooo cheap. I picked mine up for only £199 and I have had no trouble with it. It has 2 scart socket inputs and one cool AV input on the side of the TV which pops out, perfect for games ... I bought a 28" Goodmans telly from Comet on Nov 29 1999. The remote control fell to pieces within six months. By nine months the sound went wonky and then the little door to the controls broke. I've had this TV for about 9 months now and have been happy with it from day 1. I've got a digital satellite system , DVD player and video hooked up to it and the image quality is superb from each.
