I got this TV for christmas so i haven't really had it for long but so far it has done me proud. I could only have a certain size Television because i needed it to fit into a hole i have which it slides into and this one is perfect i couldn't have got a better Television of this size. The only thing which worries me about it is that when it says 'nicam on' it actually is not and when it says 'nicam off' it works. Does this happen to you? The sound is great and when i watch films the picture is great, but i turn on my hi-fi and play it through that into my surrondsound, so the tv kind of gets drowned out. The Matsui 25M3 25" Nicam Sterio Television is black and it is at the top of this top if you are tring to figure out what it looks like. The remote control is fairly small but not the smallest, and there isn't a place to put it on the Tv so you have to leave it liing around where you might loose it. But thats what is wrong with most Tv's nowadays. The Television has teletext on it which can help you find out alot of things so you do not have to go looking through the newspapers etc. You can change the sound to either have it with the nicam off or on. I prefer it to be on. When watching a film and the nicam is on it gives a great effect. A great Television i watch it everyday and does me proud!
I couldn't find anywhere else to put this opinion, so I've put it here! I have recently purchased the MATSUI 25M3, this is a superb quality colour TV with a 25" screen, Nicam stereo and Fast text (faster version of teletext). The body of the TV is an aesthetic dark silver colour which would look good in any living room. However, this TV not only looks good, but the quality of the picture and sound is excellent. We looked everywhere to get a bargain on a TV after being fed up with squinting across the room at a 14" screen, our budget was only £200 so we have been looking around for quite some time. We found this TV on offer in Dixons for only £199 (normally £229). It is excellent value for money. I purchased a MATSUI video recorder last year (also great value at £100) so I know that this make is good, with Matsui products the prices may be low, but you certainly don't lose out on the quality or reliability. One really great feature of this TV is the automatic station scanning when you turn it on for the first time. I unwrapped the TV from its box, connected it up, dug the instructions out and turned it on thinking "I hope that this is easy to tune!" To my amazement it immediately started to scan and set all the TV channels that it could pick up (including my video recorder). I didn't have to do a bean it was all done for me! I don't mind messing around with electronics, but if you're a techno-phobe - this is the TV for you as it does it all itself! All you have to do is watch it! This is a great looking, great performance TV at a great price, I'd recommend it to anyone.
