As a newcomer to DOOYOO, I spent a considerable time browsing through several items. I took a nostalgic trip down the memory lane of CRT reviews, Toshiba 32zp18, in particular. This company's offerings were labelled 'picture frame', and, justifiably, received great reviews. This is well supported by dooyoo owners of those sets. For my part, I owned two such sets: picture frame 1 and picture frame 3,or32zp18. Regrettably, both sets developed faults which could not be corrected. I think this is the most stylish flat-screen TV available at the moment (Nov. 2002), which is the reason we bought it. My wife felt the majority of other such TV's, such as the Sony or JVC ranges, were hideously ugly, massively out of proportion to most people?s living rooms with fat, stubby legs. I tended to agree, but I was more interested in the performance than the looks. With it now sitting at home though, it does look great, almost like a plasma screen with its thin screen border and matching stand. Performance-wise, I've also no complaints.
