If you get a sweaty head when cycling, like myself you will be pleased to know the helmet has it's only ventitation system and I counted a total of around 12 vents all together. While wearing the helmet it felt really cool and wasn't hot at all.

After wanting to get fit for a while, I decided to buy myself a brand new pedal bike and helmet to go with it. I decided to go with the Raleigh Helmet Missle because of the way it looked. I know it's stupid to base buying safety equipment on aesthetics, but there you go. They come in various reflective colours I went for blue and silver. The helmet itself is molded in a way to fit most shapes and sizes of head. It is a little bit tight on my head but then again I do have quite an egg head.
