The biggest headache is privacy service, its so bad that I uninstalled it as it blocks all sorts of things even when configured not to do so, the support is a waste of time. If you are a computer wizz its not a bad package if you can set it up, if you are a novice avoid it....more

I have always used Norton but decided to give mcafee a go, bad mistake, the virus checker is great, but the firewall can be a nightmare if you have wirless connection for some reason it blocks it, after its re-configured any changes and it blocks it!
