From Nuance comes "PDF Create 6" software that's designed and developed to allow you to "create and secure PDF files with a single click."
There's no denying that PDF files offer huge range of advantages over other files types including being universally compatible, and boosting a small physical size. This software package makes the world of PDF's all the easier.
Features include batch creation of files with the time saving ability to drag and drop a number of documents necessary into PDF Create. It adds toolbars to Microsoft Office meaning you can create PDF's without needing several programs opened at once.
The security aspects of the program is what separates it from other PDF creation software. In the case of PDF Create 6 you can limit the ability of others to copy, modify, or print the contents of your PDF. You can also add passwords to files and even limit what other users can see.
The software also supports the ability to archive documents (to the industry standard PDF/A standard) should you wish to have files in long term storage but want to ensure that the file can still be accessed without any difficultly in the future.
Installation was quick and trouble free. The actual system requirements of the software are surprisingly low (256Mb RAM and 130Mb of Hard Drive space) which means that it has minimum impact on system resources, and it is very quick to both load and preform tasks.
Using PDF Create 6 is also very easy, both the basic and more advanced features are self explanatory and straightforward. The program requires very little time on the part of the user to get to grips with, and the interface is re-freshly simple.
PDF Create does exactly what it was developed to do, and it does it well. If you need to create PDF's then look no further as this software is ideal. Also available from Nuance is "PDF Converter 6" standard and "PDF Converter 6 Professional."
