There is now a vast array of Internet Security software available out there. I would say Norton is one of the biggest & most well known players in the market, so exactly how good is their Norton 360 suite?

When people think about Internet Security, they think viruses but there is so much more that can harm your computer whilst it's online & Norton 360 aims to protect you against these all.

As well as virus protection, there is also spyware protection & a firwall to prevent attacks from other machines, as well as scanning of all incoming emails. One thing I really like about this program is it runs such scans in the background when you're physically away from your computer to prevent slowdown when you're actually using it.

Identity protection is a huge issue at the moment & this program will aim to detect such fradulent web sites which are just there to steal your identity, and this feature actually works suprisingly well.

Also provided is a facility where the software can carry out regular backups for you as well as utilities to tune up your PC to keep it running at a good speed.

I've been using Norton 360 for quite a while now & would say it's essential for any PC, it's available for just under £40 and this will allow you to install it on upto three seperate machines.
