Decleor Excellence de l'Age Sublime Regenerating Face & Neck Cream
by Annen
This product is best for those who have signs of ageing on their face.
It is a luxury cream, quite expensive, but does last a long time as you only need a very small amount which glides over the skin.
I have, and use, this product as a back up to my normal routine.
I use it when I have been ill, lack of ... sleep or just when I feel the wrinkles are getting a bit much.
Also definitely before going out.
The reason is that it relaxes the wrinkles, smoothes them away temporarily, which not only helps the face look younger but give a psychological boost too.
To make it last even longer I just use it on certain areas of the face and neck where the wrinkles are taking over!
There are other products that do the same as this one but for me this is one of the best due to quality of ingredients and the very small amount needed to use.
Its best to pat the cream into certain areas, if you use too much you will get a chalky layer effect and will waste the precious cream. Read the complete review |

Decleor Alguaromes Toning Shower and Bath Gel
by thehonesttruth
Recently I've been trying to tidy my bathroom - which involves finishing off the tons of bath products that are half used, and working through some of the stuff I was given as gifts that I've never used .
This Decleor product, the toning shower and bath gel, was a present I recieved last Christmas . Knowing that Decleor was a ... premium brand with a price to match, I resolved to put it aside for a treat, so I could really use and savour it . Recently having started a weight loss programme and lost a good amount so far, I decided the time was right for a reward, and decided to open this .
I've no idea how much the person who gave this to me paid, and it would be rude to ask, but a quick look on google shows that it ranges in price at between £18.70 - £32.80 for a 400ml bottle. Even at the cheaper end of that price scale, thats a pretty hafty price tag for a shower gel - someone out there must love me very much . The bottle, as you'd hope for something so pricey, si a rather stylish teardrop design with a pearly lid, through which you can clearly see the lovely blue gel.
The instructions for use advise either to pop a little into your bath, or to use on a sponge in the shower . Not having a shower, I opted to squirt a little under the taps in the bath , where it started to bubble up . I'll admit I was quite stingy, with this being so pricey, but it didn't seem I was getting many bubbles .
I wondered if perhaps I had been too stingy, so decided to pop a little on a sponge to wash myself with - after all, it promises to tone the skin, and I really do want to look toned. It seemed to lather up much better with the sponge, and it had a lovely scent to it , a spicy mix of marjoram, lemon, rosemary and lavender . The scent is lovely, but not too feminine, so I imagine men might like it too . The scent didn't linger too long after getting dried after the bath though - perhaps a half an hour, then it was gone.
I didn't immediately notice any difference in the texture of my skin - but then nothing works immediately. However, I have been using this for 3 weeks solid now, and I still haven't noticed any difference . I don't feel, or look, any more toned than I did before I started using this.
This might be an expensive luxury product , and it might smell lovely, but it doesn't do what it claims . While I wouldn't be averse to recieving this as a gift again ( we all like a bit of luxury) simply because of the lovely scent, I'm only giving this two stars, for not matching up to it's claims .
