I have bought many things from these stores and i always swear that i wont buy anything again, most of the toys i have purchased have either broken within the first week, or have never worked at all. Like most people these days, we are feeling the pinch, so had to be really careful when buying Christmas presents for our three young children. I understand that you get what you pay for but paying £4.99 for a fire man Sam torch, for it to only work for a week is not on, i took it back to the store to be told that i had bought it over a month ago so i couldn't return it, of course i bought it over a month ago, who starts Christmas shopping 3 weeks before Christmas ? i bought an organ for £29.99, my daughter was over the moon with it but, low and behold, the microphone didn't work !! they are just two items, many more didn't work or didn't last very long. Ah, disappointed kids on Christmas day, thanks B & M. A load of rubbish. I will not be shopping there again, and i will be urging others not to as well.
