If I were to tell you that Harrods wasn't expensive, of course I'd be lying. We are all aware that many, if not ALL of the products in Harrods can't be bought in bulk by the average consumer, it simply isn't viable. However, if you feel like a bit of a splurge then go to Harrods; you will definitely get what you want. Although expensive, Harrods's products are of superb quality and leaves nothing to the imagination. The store is enormous and you could spend an entire day there just looking around and wishing you could afford such luxurious products (which of course can be depressing, but if it gets you motivated to earn those extra pennies, then it can't be a bad thing). ...

Harrods, which opened in 1849, is a world wide, well known department store tha is known for its luxurious image. The store is situated in Knightsbridge and the nearest station is Knighstbridge which is on the Piccadilly line. It should be noted that one should dress appropriately when visiting the store. It is one of the world's largest department stores and is definately worth a visit. The store itself is grand and there is even an egyptian staircase. The store sells almost everything, from clothes, to furniture, to homeware and electrical items. They even sell pets, and the well known 'Christian' the lion cub was even purchased at Harrods. ...

Harrods is probably the most famous department store in the UK and is found on Bromptorn Road in the Knightsbridge area of London. The store is huge is the largest department store in the UK. The best way to visit Harrods is via the tube on the Piccadilly line and get off at Knightsbridge. Harrods is on Brompton Road close to the station. The store is open from 10am until 8pm Monday to Saturday. On Sundays it is open from 11.30am until 6pm but you can't make any purchases until 12 noon.
