A great place to shop
Member Name: jade22green
Advantages: lot's of choice, great service and facilities
Disadvantages: expensive products
I don't shop in Selfridges on a regular basis but I do like to have a browse every now and again.
In my experiences with Selfridges I have founf them to be very pleasant. I have shopped in both the Oxford street and Trafford centre stores and found them to be very similar.
Selfridges is a large department store selling a range of luxury brands. They sell popular brands such as Philosophy, Lulu Guinness, Aveda, Bliss and many, many more.
They sell products for beauty, womenswear, menwear, home and leisure, Children's wear, flowers, food and gifts.
I have browsed around the stores and find that they are well decorated and a pleasant environment to shop in.
I have only actually brought items in the beauty section and my onli critism is that the sales staff are quite pushy, but there not the only shop where this happens!
My local store is Oxford street, they open all week and have late night shopping untill 8pm or 9pm apart from Sundays when they close at 6pm, which is still quite late for a sunday. This store has wheelchair access and boasts 17 different places to eat and drink, including yo sushi and starbucks. The store has 6 levels and even has it's hair salon, pharmacy and travel agents.
Selfridges is a great place to shop if want designer products and a different day out.
5 out of 5 stars for the range of products and quality for service there.
Summary: Lot's of choice and good service
