Placed order over the internet for several items.Get an email after a week saying i have been refunded for goods that they had not in stock.Thats okay,but if the site says in stock when ordering,then it should be fulfilled.They said my money had been refunded to my bank card,thats strange becasue i paid via paypal.It took 6 days to get that back. i bought some items back in february order number 271758‏ and contacted them when i had a delivery date to advice that i will be working on that day but can get half day off at short notice, and they agreed to contact the courier company and advice them to deliver after 2pm when i will be at home . when i got home i had a 'sorry missed you' card saying that order was delivered at a non existent addrees inn my block, called them and they insist that address existed, after a while she sd to try the flats in my block to check if delivered to them, and even went as far as advicing me to try other blocks ! can you beleive it.... a few days later, she sd they have ... Took money twice from my account for a trampoline which they didn't have in stock...I was told that I will have my money back within 48 hours...even after 6 days and several phone calls later still no money..last phone cal I was told VERY RUDELY that refund was held in a queue but do not know why..and I will receive it now within 48 hours..thats £264.00 in total..I had enough of this rubbish company...NEVER AGAIN...NEVER AGAIN.........RIP OFFS

I received a copy of a T J Hughes 4 page leaflet in the Daily Mirror that I purchased recently that had a Dyson in at £199; which I thought was a great price I research it on-line and it was the best price on the market. Having read a number of reviews about the quality of service; I was a bit dubious about buying it on-line through them. But in the end I decided to take a risk and buy!! The payment went through, I received an email confirmation of purchase and within 2 days the Dyson was delivered to my front door in perfect working order I even received a courtesy call of the customer service team to check that everything was ... Until recently i worked for this company at its weston super mare branch. The place is going hill very fast since christmas all the staff (except Team leaders & Managment) have had there hours cut twice from 20hours then 16 then 12. This is so demoralising and i know that a lot of the staff will be leaving for this reason. How they expect anyone to live on that sort of wage is beyond me. On the floor i worked you never got any help from your manager or team leaders who seemed more interested in drinking tea in the staff room.
