I work for TJs in the northwest, 08
No one I have spoken to as got a contract even though they are breaking the law as you should be given one within 8wks of starting your new job. If you ask for one your told they have lost it. I work Bank holidays and only found out from my wage slip what i was entitled to, still don't know if I get a day in lieu. They have not paid me correctly for my overtime, I told them but just was told it was my fault , We get enforced overtime don't even ask if your able to do it, on your days off there ringing saying their short staffed and if you don't go in you are ignored. (I am frightened to say anything now)

I am being shouted at in front of customers who I am serving by my supervisor, I can't take no more of her bullying behaviour , She is now making my life in work uncomfortable. If you ask her for help she either snaps at you or belittles you. I have listened to her actually be down right rude to customers and get away with it even though the customers have complained to the manager. As long as she can stay on the other side of the shop floor with her work friends then she is fine.

I am usually a quiet person but working for this company has affected my health I am not sleeping I am stressed and dread going in to work now.

So customers if you see a staff member being unfairly treated or you are being spoken rude to by a supervisor then write to head office in Liverpool and complain right to the top.

I will be leaving this company soon as I can't take anymore. It's the worst company I have ever worked for.
