TJ Hughes - the bargain emporium. Seriously!
If you're the sort of person who likes style, quality, and exclusive brands above all, and prefers your purchasing to be done in the quiet calm that only a lot of money can buy... then steer as clear of here as you can.
Although there is the usual tat here that you can find in any discount palace - the sort of rubbish that you wonder which bin they found it in - there are some gems hidden away. Just a warning though - if you're usually in a rush, don't bother, as you have to look through a lot of things to find anything worth bothering with. Things to look out for include discounted linens, and kitchenware, both of which I can recommend from personal experience. I've never understood who buys the discount toiletries from TJs, but I am happy to be corrected if there's anyone out there who knows different!!
