Felt like a criminal...

I've just returned a dress today that I bought from the shop yesterday that had a rip in it. The staff didn't believe me and have so far refused to provide a refund.

One of the shop girls even gave as their excuse "it happens a lot". What happens a lot - you sell faulty goods?

The manager wasn't much better, even asked me to go back the next day, apparently they were going to ask the manufacturer if they sold "faulty goods". I'd be interested to hear what they have to say - oh yes all the time.

The manager actually smelt the dress and said "you've worn this dress" of course I have worn the dress. It wasn't until I put the thing on I saw the rip. A very humilaiting experience.

I've wrote to them and Consumer Direct. Not impressed with this place at all.

Summary: Not going back there
