Advantages: leaves skin feeling fresh and fab

Disadvantages: expensive!

My sister bought me this Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant for my birthday a few years back, and ever sincei have been hooked. She is a beautician with lots of dermalogica training and I knew I would be onto a winner with this.

Microfoliant is in a powder form and you need to sprinkle some on your hand and mix with a little bit of water so it becomes a paste you then need to massage it on your face for around a minute and rinse off. You really do not need much of this, I use about a ten pence size blob of the powder and then add water to this.

The result is smooth feeling skin, it feels instantly fresh and clean. I normally then follow it with some cleanser and toner or if my skin is in need, then I use a moisturiser.

I have always had reasonable skin tending to be dry at times but I haven't found this to dry my skin out at all. I love dermalogica, even though it is a little more expensive it is always worth the money and I find that this last me ages!

I would recommend that you see some one who knows their dermalogica before you try this, then you can also get a tester size to try out before you take the plunge into the big bottle. As a general rule of thumb if you like a good old exfoliation then you will love this!!
