Great skin care. This cleanser is not like the other cleansers out there like Ponds, it is very very very good. I mean i have been only using it for a week, but im very happy with it. Firstly, the price of the cleanser is quite reasonable compared to other brands. It works like a charm. No more oily skin, i swear.... it removes all teh dry and ols skin and leaves a beautiful glow behind. Not just that, i gets rid of skin oiliness without making the skin dry. It is an absolute great product and everyone should try it, no gender differences..... Highly ... Read the complete review

Generally speaking, I don't use clay cleansers or clay face masks any more as my past experiences of them have been less than impressive. This particular one was sent by a relative in the US who swears by Dermalogica and its effects so I was intrigued to see if it really worked seeing as Dermalogica is one of the more expensive skincare brands. ***The Cleanser*** This isn't your typical cleanser as it is clay-based. To use, you simply wet your face and massage the cleanser into your skin, paying special attention to oily and spot-prone areas. The general idea is that the clay will soak up excess oil so that spots are less likely to develop. Having ... Read the complete review

I always seem to be writing opinions on this site about skin care products and how they help me in my war against having crappy skin. And lo! this is another one. Since stress at work and having a dreadful cold made my skin look sad and unhappy I decided now was the time to pull out the big guns. I went for a facial. Not just any facical, no, this was a dermalogica facial with loads of happy dermalogica products specially produced by the dermalogical institute (ooooo). This is probably just a fancy way of saying expensive skin care company. Now part of the whole facial is that they look at your skin and recommend a number of products that you can buy ... I first bought this product about four years ago when it was recommended to me by a friend as I was suffering from breakouts. It cost 16 pounds at the time off a discount website. I bought the 250ml container which lasted well over 6 months using it twice a day. Although expensive, dermalogica products are really good; they leave my face feeling clean and soft. Dermal clay cleanser is described as a skin perfecting formula designed to provide deep cleansing to oily congested skins. It contains kaolin, green clays, ivy, lemon, cucumber, sage and menthol. These ingredients are combined to provide deep cleaning whilst soothing and refreshing the skin. ... Read the complete review

I switched from Origins Get Down Deep-Pore Clay Cleanser to Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser just last year because I was on holiday and couldn't get my hands onto any Origins products, but it worked so well I haven't any reason to switch back to Origins. For both of the cleansers, one can use it as a standard face-wash (apply, massage, wash away) or you could leave it on a little longer, essentially for the clay to dry and 'suck up oils & impurities'. The biggest difference I found of this clay-based cleanser over the similar one offered by Origins is the drying effect of the Origins one, while this might be of advantage to some, it was too harsh on mine ...
