I think if it came in a bottle rather than as a spray it would make me be more inclined to use it, but i tried a few and found it didn't spray properly it seemed to drizzle out rather than spray a nice even mist over the face, so when used on clients it made them jump. I decided to spray some onto cotton wool and then use on the face instead which worked better, but defeats the point of using a spray toner. Your face does feel refreshed afterwards and adds some hy...more

Premium Review Dermalogica Multi-Active Toner: Dermalogica Multi Active Toner - refreshing and soothing - h ... (548 words)

I have bought the Dermalogica Multi-Active Toner in the 50ml size as part of the Dermalogica 'acne prone' kit. I first started buying these kits when I suffered skin break outs before my wedding last year. After years of buying different high street brands of skincare but remaining loyal to none, I decided that enough was enough - I simply did not want to be a zitty bride!! First of all, the Dermalogica acne prone skin kit is great. Like the name suggests, targeted at acne prone/oily skin. The kit contains: Anti-Bac Skin Wash (1.7oz) Multi-Active Toner (1.7oz) Oil Control Lotion (.75oz) Medicated Clearing Gel (.30oz) ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Spritz on toner for all skin types (489 words)

I bought this on recommendation from my beauty therapist. This is not something I would normally do, especially as I don't really like the Dermalogica range, but knowing the damage that alcohol based toners that you put on cotton wool and swipe across your face can do, this sounded like a good investment. It costs around £20 for a 250ml bottle, but as usual shop around and you may find it cheaper. Dermalogica say this refreshing blend of ingredients gives you critical hydration. It contains Lavender extract to soothe and purify, Balm Mint and Aloe Vera to cool and soften, extracts of Arnica and Cucumber to refresh and condition and moisture-binding proteins to ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Dermalogica Multi-Active Toner: Dermalogica is a great brand (711 words)

It has been commented on one of my previous reviews that I list ingredients for the sake of it. I do not do this for the sake of it, however many people actually want to know what is in the product in case they have mild or serious allergies. Many beauty products are not very clear and do not always specify exactly what is in a product. Therefore, I will continue to list ingredients for those that are interested:- Ingredients: Extracts of: Lavender(Lavandula Angustifolia), Balm Mint(Melissa Officinalis); Aloe Barbadensis Gel, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Lactale, Sodium PCA, Sorbitol, Proline, Propylene Glycol, Extracts of: Mallow(Malva Sylvestris), Ivy(Hedera ...  Read the complete review

This was another products i used in the dermalogica range whilst i studied beauty therapy at college. I am a big fan of dermalogica but i was not really impressed by this toner. Premium Review Dermalogica Multi-Active Toner: Tone up your skin (207 words)

I am a big fan of the dermalogica range and have found their products have helped my acne prone skin to an extent ( I still have some problem areas). I bought this as part of the acne prone skin set. Multi active toner is expensive to buy but does last a long time. It is described by dermalogica as 'a true oasis for the jet setter or office worker' and the beauty therapist at my local salon recommended I use it before moisturising as it allows your skin to absorb the moisturiser better. It contains Lavender, balm mint, arnica and aloe vera. All these botanicals are supposed to refresh your skin and leave it hydrated. I usually spray ...  Read the complete review
