Advantages: Keeps face matte, Good for oily skin

Disadvantages: Quite expensive

I was previously using another brand but didn't quite like it. So after looking around, I decided to look at Dermalogica products. I always do research before purchasing anything so instead of trying out the whole range at full-sized bottles, I decided to try out the starter kit.

The starter kit includes a 2 fl oz. Dermal Clay Cleanser, 2 fl oz. Multi Active Toner, 0.75 fl oz. Oil Control Lotion and a 0.75 fl oz. Skin Prep Scrub.

Regarding the Oil Control Lotion:

Directions (as per on bottle): Apply to cleansed face before sunscreen or make-up.

My Face: I have oily skin and breakouts happen every week!

First Impressions: Lotion has a somewhat menthol smell to it. Best part is that it keeps my face matte for quite a while. I love it just for that! The lotion is for acne-prone and/or oily skin conditions and should keep those pimples under control. I didn?t use it all over my face and just applied a very thin layer to my blemishes.

Dislikes: It is quite expensive (I bought starter kit at SGD$72; about 25£). 119ml costs SGD$93 and one of the most expensive of them all!

This sounds OK, but it isn't suitable for me, as I have dry skin! x
