I bought these Dermalogica skin purifying wipes for the first time whilst on holiday in the US last summer. I'd just tried and been happy with the Dermalogica solar defense wipes so I thought that I'd give these face wipes a go. I think that I paid around $10.00 plus tax for the packet, I've seen them online for around £10.00, so these are much better value in the US.

These skin purifying wipes come in a little resealable pouch similar to most face wipes. You get 20 wipes in the packet. These are actually for oily, spotty or breakout prone skin. They are hygienic, quick cleansing wipes that to help purify skin whilst removing excess surface oil and impurities. They contain no artificial fragrance or colour. The little convenient packet makes them ideal for travel, you can take them anywhere, just pop them in your handbag and you will always have them handy. The pouch reseals very securely, the wipes stay fresh and moist and don't dry out.

I like these wipes because they really do clean all the eccess oil from your skin, as well as removing any make up or sun tan lotion on your skin. They left my skin feeling really clean and refeshed. They are not moisturising wipes, but they don't strip your skin either, my skin was never left feeling dry or taut after using these. I find that these are the perfect face wipes for me for the summer, especially for a hot summer holiday. I normally have slightly oily skin in the summer, and I find that my skin just feels dirtier, you sweat more, and I find that my skin does suffer. Using these face wipes actually made a huge improvement to my dodgy summer skin, my skin was less oily and it felt so much cleaner. I also found that compared to other face wipes these removed an awfull lot more dirt, you could actually see it on the face wipe! I also found that I got less spots whilst using these wipes as well, probably because they do remove so much dirt, grime and oil, it's not just sitting there on your skin waiting to turn into a spot!
I wouldn't reccomend these wipes for anyone with dry skin though, as I feel that they would be too harsh. They are not designed for dry skin anyway. I certainly wouldn't use these myself in the winter time when I do actually have dry skin.

I did buy another couple of packets of these wipes to bring home with me before we left. I'm not sure that I'd buy them here in the UK as I feel that they are to expensive. I will continue to buy them on future trips to the US though, as the price there is much more reasonable.
