Advantages: Easy to use, moisturising, mattifying and protects your skin from the sun!

Disadvantages: Quite expensive, but in my opinion well worth the money!

I came across dermalogica a while ago, and thought for the first time that someone had actually used science and knowledge of the skin to make a skin care line, that actually works! And unlike other 'skin care' products it actually works, instead of making promises it cant keep. Im always looking for more skin products to add to my ever expanding collection! So when i saw that dermalogica had created a oil free matte block, i had to get it!

It is perfect for travelling and everday use, its silky..... but kind of runny texture just glides over your skin and it absorbs really quickly and easily. It is perfect for skin that is prone to excess oil production and spots, as its new microsponge technology just sucks up all the excess oil, while keeping the rest of your skin, at a confortable moisture level, with out making your skin shiny, so you dont have to worry about about your skin! It also contains Green tea which sooths inflammation caused by spots.

Just apply before your daily moisturiser or instead of, and dispense a 20p size amount, which should be enough for all of your face. Then gentley massage into your face and neck, until all of the sun block has been absorbed, and it will last all day, although you should apply more product to specific areas of your face which may catch the sun more than others.

I have just been on holiday in mainland Europe and i took my trusty dermalogica sunblock with me and it really worked, even in 42 degree heat! I usually just go red and burn like a bright red tomato, but using dermalogica i didnt! Overall this is a great product, although it is quite expenisve!

Thank you for reading my review, i hope it was helpful! :D
