One of the most important items to get right in your skincare routine is the type of cleanser you use - I've been through lots and my current favourite is Dermalogica's Special Cleansing Gel. Dermalogica was one of my first favourite salon brands. Even now, my facials at a beauty spa are with Dermalogica products ( even though I also love Gatineau, Elemis and Decleor for my 'home' skincare regime. ) I will confess that I love the feeling of water on my face when I wash and I always double cleanse. This suits my purpose for cleansing my skin after I've removed my make-up and leaves my skin cleansed without the drying effect. I am a big fan of the Dermalogica range as they are kind to sensitive skin and produce obvious results. I have been using the Special Cleansing Gel for about 8 months and my skin has not been this great for ages. The Special Cleansing Gel was recommended to me by my sister who always uses hypoallergenic products as she breaks out in red patches when she doesn't. I love the feeling of cleanness this product gives you after use! It really leaves a refreshing clean feeling that you dont get with most face washes. it comes in a 250ml bottle and it lasts for months as you only need a small amount each time. I use it in the shower in the mornings as its easier then and i used face wipes in the evening.
