Advantages: The ability to update a PDF

The Adobe Acrobat - ( v. 5.0 ) - version upgrade package is a great tool for anyone who wishes to make amendments to a PDF.

Unlike the newer version of adobe reader, this version allows you to edit PDF's removing logos, changing text, removing any unwanted pages, adding additional pages (drag and drop into the document), a really useful tool for anyone who doesn't have the functionality of creating PDF's and certainly doesn't want to pay an additional license fee just for the privilege.

I use this on a daily basis and never have any issues, I use it purely for editing PDF's already created, the only problem is though, when you save a file having edited it, it can sometimes be a lot bigger (memory wise)

It's certainly one to get, you can download this via the adobe website, or try Google or download.com if you cannot find it there

Summary: certainly worth downloading if you every need to amend a PDF
