PagePlus X3 is the latest desktop publishing software from Serif, that describes itself as versatile and powerful. New features include glass & metal effects, HD and EPS graphic support, a studio for designing professional looking logos, text and object reflections. Full PDF editing capability. Also included are thousand of templates and existing graphics for your use.

The software is ideal for both businesses and home users who want to produce high quality graphic designs or undertake desktop publishing. With this software you can produce anything from newsletters, posters, business cards, and websites, to labels, books and slide shows. All within a matter of minutes and more importantly all to a high standard.

Installation was quick and easy. The system requirement are minimum meaning it will won't hog your computers resources. The program is very easy to use and learn, meaning you'll soon become creative. The interface is again easy to learn and is well laid out and structured and is even customizable. There is a new Image Cutout Studio which I found great. It lets you transpose images from one image to another, and gives great results.

The competitive pricing means it's great software for those on a budget who can not afford Adobe Creative Suite CS3 or QuarkXpress, but still want a package that's powerful and comprehensive. The array of new features will not only attract new users, but also temp existing users to upgrade.

Overall a very polished and impressive products that's well worth the cost.
