It has been years now since I ate a dairy based yogurt. I did use to love them, but since developing asthma as an adult, I have found dairy products make me feel clogged up. I missed my pudding snack though, so started to look around for an alternative and found Alpro Soya yogurts. I originally bought these as a 4 pack of strawberry only, but for some reason the manufacturers decided to change the flavours. I can now only buy a 4 pack with 2 strawberry and 2 forest fruits. These 4 yogurts come in a thin plastic pot, have foil lids and you have to snap them apart. Wrapped round them is a cardboard sleeve, which is mainly coloured in a fresh green and ...
