This is lovely, thick, sweet yellow custard. Delicious on your suet pud! All that needs to be done to prepare it is add boiling water, you can as much or as little as you like depending on the consistancy you prefer but the instructions recommend 425 ml which to me seems to make it a wee bit runny. Then stir it untill all the powder has been mixed in. The packet states that it serves 3, but i would say it is more likely to serve two. The packets design is simple which is to be expected as it is a no frill item. This is a pack of instant custard mix rather than a tin of already prepared custard. Although some people may just prefer to buy a tin as it saves the effort of actually making it, this is still so easy and quick to whip up. All you have to do is add boiling water to the powder and give it a quick stir. It really is that simple. As soon as the water is added, the white powder turns that creamy yellow custard colour and it looks delicious and ready to eat straight away. A quick stir will just ... Read the complete review
