I love puddings and so when looking in the freezer in my local shop earlier today, I saw this pudding. I love sticky toffee pudding; in fact I would probably consider it to be my favourite pudding. So I was really looking forward to this pudding by Aunt Bessies. To cook the pudding; you can either stick it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or in the oven for 35-40 minutes; I cooked mine in the oven as I don't have a microwave. It cooked perfectly in 40 minutes. When pulling the pudding out of the oven, I was greeted with a nice toffee pudding. I was really looking forward to it. I love all sorts of puddings and hadn't had a sticky toffee sponge pudding for years so thought I would try this one from Aunt Bessie....now I am usually a fan of Aunt Bessie foods, but this time I was disappointed and really was not keen on this pudding at all. It looks lovely in the picture on the box; the sponge looks nice and moist with a thick layer of sticky toffee.... It is described as 'tempting sticky toffee pudding just the way you like it'.
