Refreshers Fruit Flavoured Ice Lollies ***Background Info*** Remember those sweets that you could buy as a kid that were little round tablets...Refreshers... well now you can get the ice lolly version! I always remember those sweets to be really fruity and fizzy so I was more than happy to try the ice lollies! ***What is it?*** Refreshers ice lollies are fruit flavoured ice lollies that contain the natural flavours of raspberry, orange, lime and lemon. It has the respective colours striped around it's body and is quite thin and long. When you bite into one, it has layers of the different colours and flavours. They come in a box ... When I was pregnant I loved ice lollies despite most of my pregnancy taking place over the winter. Someone mentioned Refresher Ice lollies and despite never having one before I desperately wanted one. I scoured farm foods, Iceland and supermarkets but they were not available anywhere .I recently read a review on Doyoo and felt very excited to discover they existed so when I spotted them in Morrison's on Sunday I was compelled to buy them to although they did have a lot to live up to. The lollies come in packs of eight for £1 and on each one is encased in a bright stripped patterned packet that is very reminiscing of refreshers. When you open it is a ... Read the complete review

I brought these Refreshers ice lollies in Morrisons the other day when we had some proper sunny weather, if I'm going to have something cold I prefer ice cream but these was only £1.00 for 8 lollies that were quite big so I thought I'd get them to share with my sisters. They are shaped like a Mini Milk and come in individual wrappers, they look lovely because the ice lollies are striped with 3 or 4 different colours. They don't smell of anything much, they've got a bit of a fruity smell but that's about it and I thought I'd made a bit of a mistake until I bit into one. They are DELISH! The different colours are supposed to be the different ... Read the complete review

There are few sweets that tempt my taste buds (unfortunately!) but you can't beat a packet of Refreshers. Whilst perusing the frozen food section of my local supermarket I came across Refreshers lollies - imagine my delight!! The cardboard packaging is quite distinctive - very bright green, pink, yellow, white and blue. Each box contains 8 individually wrapped 45ml lollies. Currently a box costs £1.00, so each lolly costs only 12.5p! I made my purchase at Farmfoods, so far it is the only store in my locality that stocks them - I have also tried Tesco and Sainsbury's online with no luck. The lolly itself is is cylindrical in shape and ... Read the complete review

This is a review of Barratt Refreshers Ice Lollies which was buying a few months ago when the weather got a bit hotter. I have been suffering with heart burn whilst pregnant and had heard a rumour that the sweets Refreshers helped combat the pain of heart burn so when I saw these lollies I thought I'd give them a try! Looks like... The lollies are long and thin with four stripes along it (a bit like a rocket lolly) each depicting the pastel colours of refresher sweets. They have the usual wooden stick to hold and I would say they are a mixture of a fruity ice lolly and an ice cream as they do have a bit of an ice cream texture to them. Taste ...
