I bought a pack of Cadbury's button cones at Tesco's this weekend. Summer is coming and I fancied a cornetto-like ice cream. I was not dissapointed. The ice cream itself is very creamy and light and even after being in the freezer for a few hours was not hard at all. The chocolate buttons which are mixed in with the ice cream are obviously cadbury's and are in just the right quantity; you aren't left trying to search for them in amongst the ice cream and neither are there too many to make it too sickly.
The cone is firm, crunchy and didn't go soggy in the freezer at all - like many other cones have a tendancy to do.
The packaging is very bright and easy to read and the wrappers are easy to get off the cones ( I have previously had cones where the wrapper gets stuck at the bottom and pulls of the bottom part of the cone). These are currently on offer at £2 for 6 and I think this is an incredibly reasonable price.
I am looking forward to my next trip to Tesco so that I can buy some more!
Summary: I'll have another please!
