Advantages: Great taste, no fat, 20% RDA in calcium

Disadvantages: Bit more expensive than standary yoghurts

I've gone on a bit of a diet recently, and for my lunch I tend to have a salad or soup and a yoghurt to fill me up. Like most people I have seen the Danone Activia adverts on tv, but as I don't suffer from bloating, trapped wind, or any of the other digestive complaints mentioned, I've never given them a go.

This week the 4 pack of yoghurts were on offer for 2 packs for £3. reading closer I've since realised this isn't such a great offer as they are usually £1.58 a pack, still you live and learn!

The cherry yoghurt comes in either a 4 pack of just cherry, or a mixed 4 or 8 pack. Each yoghurt is 125g, which I think is the right size to fill me up, I really struggle with the big muller buckets!

The yoghurt is not overly thick, but has a pleasant taste and is a natural deep purple colour. These yoghurts have no fat in them, and only 72 calories a pot. They also contain 20% of the RDA of calcium, which is a nice boost. The best thing about them though is the huge lumps of cherries in them, and pleasant aftertaste.

I can't say I've noticed a trimmer tummy or any of the other mentioned effects, but I figure they can't be doing me any harm having the good bacteria in there, and there has been no loss in taste alongside the loss of the fat.

Summary: My top 4 pack!
