Advantages: Yummy; Fruity and juicy; Nice texture

Disadvantages: None

A couple of days after Xmas I knew I'd overdone it big time because I was feeling majorly bloated, my mum swears by Activia yogurts when she's like that so I tried a couple that were in the fridge to see if they'd help.

We only had packs of the cherry flavour ones in but that's one of my fave yogurt flavours so that suited me fine!

They are delish, one of the nicest yogurts I've eaten for a long time. They've got a very strong cherry flavour that is lovely and sweet so that the yogurt tastes like fruit and sweets at the same time! lol The thickness of the yogurt is just right, it's not that thick to stand a spoon up in but is thick enough to be creamy and filling.

There are quite a few pieces of cherry in the yogurt and they're mega juicy and fresh tasting. They go soooooo nice with the flavour of the actual yogurt because it makes the whole thing taste majorly juicy and fruity.

I think the yogurts have helped with the bloating I had, it's hard to know for sure because I've been eating healthier over all since Xmas but I know my stomach doesn't feel as fat and tight as it has done. I've been eating one of these cherry yogurts for my breakfast most days and my stomach has gradually started getting back to normal, it's deffo not as bloated and my shape looks a bit slimmer.

Whether it works or not I think these are mega yummy yogurts and it's no hardship to eat them. In case you're wondering it's something called Bifidus Actiregularis that is supposed to help with the bloating and tummy aches you get when you've eaten too much rich food. I don't know though, it just sounds like a made up name to me that does! lol

A pack of 4 Activia cherry yogurts costs £1.68 but this brand is on offer quite often so you shouldn't pay full price all that often. In Sainsburys at the minute you can buy 2 packs for £3.00... not that that's much of a saving but every little helps I suppose! lol

Summary: I Didn't Feel As Bloated Afterwards But That Might Not Be Down To Bifidus Actiregularis!
