Danone Activia Intensely Creamy Luscious Cherry, yogurts.




I recently discovered these yogurts in the Sainsbury's store in their yogurts isle, and they are currently on a bargain promotion at the moment for the price of £2.00 for two packets thats eight yogurts, four in each packet and each packet containing four individual pots each containing 120grams of yogurt in each pot.

They come in little plastic pots, with a peel off foil lid, and they really are great little yogurts, I take a couple to work for me incase im getting hungry, and they do fill the gap nicely.

They taste really creamy, and you can taste a creamy fruity flavour and the cherry is my favourite, with little pieces of cherry in each pot, they are not runny unlike some of the cheaper brands and they are really a dream to eat, so smooth and ermm just fancy one right now, doing this review.

Each 120grams pot contains, 116 calories, sugars 14.8grams, fat 3.6grams, saturates 2.3grams, and salt 0.1grams.

Nice to finish off a meal with, something sweet is one of lifes little pleasures we all enjoy, and these can help to support your digestive health by helping to reduce digestive discomfort, and thats a great idea for me, as I do tend to suffer a lot.

This contains the exclusive culture Bifidus ActiRegularis and is scientifically proven to help with the above mentioned discomfort.

Made by Danone, they are really creamy and thick and a yogurt with a bit of a difference, I love them and will be buying them again soon as these run out, I hope that they keep their promotion on offer for a bit longer too.
