Advantages: Different from milk!

Disadvantages: The vanilla flavour was a bit too much, I would have preferred natural.

I'm a BzzAgent and this means I get to try out products. The latest offering was the Activia Pouring Yogurt. I was keen to try this out as I'd seen the adverts for it and wondered how tasty it would be on my cereal!

At first I was a bit dubious about pouring yogurt over my cereal, it just didn't seem natural. I mean, I've used milk on my cereal since forever, and I never ever add anything. Especially not chopped banana.

But once I told myself that it would be no different from those yogurts I love eating with the chocolate cornflake corner, I was finding myself more at ease.

I got my free pouring yogurt from our tiny Tesco Metro. I was disappointed to see I didn't have a choice, they only stocked Vanilla flavour. I'd actually ran out of cereal so I'd bought some healthy fruit n' fibre to go with it.

The first time I tried the pouring yogurt I'd decided to try it for lunch. Mainly because I tend not to eat breakfast on a weekday morning, preferring instead to stay in bed as long as feasibly possible!

It was strange at first, eating crispy cereal without a hint of milky soggyness. The vanilla flavour was also something new on my cereal, and after a while it did become too much and I couldn't finish the bowl. However, I did enjoy it! It made the cereal seem more exciting (and certainly more crunchy!) and I did end up using the rest of my pouring yogurt.

Would I buy it? Maybe. If it's on special offer and I can have a go of the strawberry or natural flavours then certainly. It's a nice change now and then.

Summary: Swap milk for yogurt, give it a go!
