My mum bought these back from Tesco one day as she knew how much I love Gu puddings and since I'd never had these before, she thought it would be good. I was happy that she had brought me back Gu, however I wasn't too keen on the chocolate ganache pots as I knew that they would just be plain old chocolate ganache, nothing more, nothing less.

There are three pots in the pack and each of them are 45g each and come in a black plastic pot, which is fairly small, but enough to give you a good chocolate kick. There are also 199kcals in each pot, so it is pretty indulgent!

When I opened up the first pot I wasn't too sure what to expect. I was met with a nicely filled pot of chocolate ganache which tasted really lovely and rich. It melted in my mouth really nicely and definitely satisfied my chocolate craving, despite the pot being so small. It tasted identical to the chocolate on the chocolate and vanilla cheesecakes and I was a bit disappointed that there was nothing more to the pudding.

Overall, it was a really nice sweet treat, but considering how much it normally costs (we bought these on offer for £1, when they're currently £2.39 in Tesco) I wouldn't buy them again as really it's just a bit of chocolate mixed in with some cream and I could probably make it myself for a lot cheaper! I wish I'd tried their idea on their website about using it to make hot chocolate though, as it definitely sounds divine!
