The instructions say for 2 to 3 tablespoons per 8 ounces of milk, all I did was tip the bottle and guessed in my mind. As I stirred it up I kept saying the darker the better. For 3 tables spoons it's a 100 calories with 2% of it being Sodium. I have passed these bottles a hundred times and have been very vigilant in saying no to my immature mind and then strolling to the candy section instead. Well, things didn't go my way Thursday when I went shopping, all I needed was bread and milk. I grabbed my 2 gallons of milk and my bread and out of the corner of my right eye, radar put it sights on the bottles of that dark chocolate gooyiness that will make my milk taste so much better.
