Just recently I have been eating loads of these cherry flavour Muller Lights. Normally I would go for the toffee ones but the supermarket ran out due to a buy 3 for a £1 offer so I bought a load of cherry ones.
Muller Light yoghurts are of course a dieters best friend, 94 calories a pot and barely any fat sounds too good to be true but it really is true! The pots are a generous 200g too so these can be used as a filler if you get hungry whilst dieting or just as a healthier type of dessert for those of us who aren't. They also contain 31% of your recommended daily amount of calcium.
The pots are round and taper down to a slightly slimmer base, I doubt there are many people who wouldn't recognise these in the supermarket fridges but if you haven't yet tried them I would say don't be tempted by the own brand imitations. They just don't taste as nice and you'll be disappointed!
The cherry flavour is a gorgeous purple colour, the scent of cherries is strong and there are bits of cherries in the yoghurt. In fact there are quite a few bits of cherry in these yoghurts and this just adds to the delicious cherry flavour. There's no point in trying to explain the flavour in any other way except sweet cherry, it tastes just like cherries.
These yoghurts are pretty filling, I often have one of these cherry ones in the evening when I'm feeling peckish but don't want to snack. They fill me up and prevent me needing anything to eat late at night which saves me putting on weight in the long run!
I don't have anything bad to say about these yoghurts, nor do I want to waffle and put lots of unnecessary information in this review. They are often on offer in all supermarkets, it is better to buy Muller and not imitations and they are low in calories and fat but taste delicious. If you haven't tried them, where have you been? If you have but not recently I hope I've jogged your memory about these fabulous yoghurts!
Thoroughly recommended for any cherry fans who want to keep an eye on their weight.
Summary: Brilliant
