Advantages: Low in fat, provides 20% RDA of calcium, tasty
Disadvantages: Contains gelatine & aspartame
I saved the Vanilla, Chocolate Sprinkes & Black Cherry Underlay until last to try as I suspected it might be the nicest out of the three flavours. So, here goes....
There are 6 pots of Muller Light Yogurt in this "collection". They are:-
+ 2 x Orange & Chocolate
+ 2 x Vanilla & Chocolate
+ 2 x Vailla & Chocolate with a Black Cherry underlay.
The six pots are held in place with a piece of sturdyish cardboard which is then covered a the usual type of plastic bag which Muller use for of their 6 packs. This one is predominantly brown in colour with pictures of chocolate & vanilla, chocolate & orange and chocolate, vanilla & cherry. The back of the pack lists the ingredients & nutritional information for each of the three flavours of yoghurt as well as Muller's address & website:- www.muller.co.uk
The ingredients for this flavour are: Yogurt, Water, Black Cherries (6%), Fructose, Modified Maize Starch,Stabilisers: Pectins, Guar Gum, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Powder, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Butter, Sugar, Flavourings, Gelatine, Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates, Calcium Citrates, Sweetners: Aspartame, Acesulfame K, Dark Chocolate Sprinkles 0.5%.

These dessert contain no artificial colours or preservatives. May contain cherry stones.
The yogurt comes in a plastic white & pruple pot. The pot is covered with the usual foil lid with a picture of some chocolate, what is presumably meant to be some orchids & a cherry. The pot tells us that it weighs 165g that there are 98 calories per pot, that it's fat free & that each pot will provide you with 20% of your Recommended Daily Amount of calcium. On opening the pot I can see that the yogurt is sort of an pinkish sort of colour colour (a little like the Strawberry flavoured Muller Lights) & that there are small flecks of the dark chocolate mixed in with the yogurt.
When I pushed my spoon into this I realised that it was slightly thicker in consistency than the previous Orange & Chocolate flavour had been. Therefore, it's the closest in thickness to the usual Muller Lights than you'll get with this collection of three. As with the other two flavours the chocolate sprinkles made absolutely no impression at all on the taste front. They were large enough that you could cut them into two with your teeth but other than that I'm a bit mystified as to why they've been included because the add absolutely nothing tastewise.
Aside from that, this is more like it. The cherry taste dominates the yogurt & whilst it doesn't taste like the normal Muller Light Cherry this is a really tasty addition to the Muller range & ranks as one of my top five favourite flavours.
Forget the other two in this collection ~ this one is head & shoulder above them. Tastewise I'd say that it's smoother than the Muller Light Cherry and vaguely reminiscent of the cherry sauce that you might have put on top of your ice cream if you buy one from the ice cream van or some other establishment.
I paid £2.40 for one pack of these at Morrisons.
As the with other two flavours this is very good in terms of fat content because it's so low. It also get a plus point for providing you with over a 20% of your RDA for calcium although this is less than for both of the other flavours. Again, this contains both aspartame & gelatine, two ingredients that a number of people have issues and / or concerns about. Purely on a taste level this is streets ahead of the other two flavours. If this is available as a single pot (will have to check the supermarket next time I'm in there) I'd quite happily buy it again. If it's only available as part of this "set" then I won't be tasting it again because the other two flavours leave a lot to be desired.....
Summary: Yummy addition to the Muller Light Range
