Advantages: This yoghurt tastes good
Disadvantages: Is a little bit expensive but only compararatively to diet brands
Vanilla yoghurts are always very nice, you don't get another flavour intruding on the yoghurt taste. The Muller Light Vanilla Yoghurt is no exception to nice tasting vanilla yoghurts. You get quite a lot of yoghurt, 200g to be precise and at only 100 calories a pot, they're a good filling snack perfect for women on low fat diets. Recently other yoghurt brands have started bringing out ranges where they put things in to fill you up more but the Muller Light range does that without adding anything to their original recipe. Fat free products can sometimes be unpleasant and leave you feeling hungry but not the Muller light range and particularly not the vanilla one.
These yoghurts are frequently on offers such as buying 4 for £2. They're not excessively expensive anyway and vanilla yoghurts are often a bit more expensive than the cheaper fruity flavours. This yoghurt has a simple flavour but isn't bland and is very satisfying. It doesn't contain much sugar which is another great bonus. I really like this yoghurt and could eat 100 though I might not get all the diet benefits if I did.
Summary: A lovely snack time treat
