The individual tubs are 125 grams each so just over 2grams of fat in each pot but it is worth it. You feel like you have had a little treat for the day and it is so much tastier than other low fat varieties. If you want a low fat yogurt but don't mind having a few fat grams then give this yogurt a try.

I first discovered these yogurts when I went for a long weekend to a hotel at loch lomond. The breakfasts at the hotel were to die for, lots a really lovely but very fattening. So one morning I felt like something a little lighter so opted for some lovely fresh fruit smothered in a strawberry rowan glen low fat bio yogurt. I was surprised to say the least when the low fat bio yogurt turned out to be one of the yummiest, creamiest low fat yogurts in the world!
