Not a great product, wouldn't recommend.

I tried these last summer in a bid to try and save money, I thought they would be a good bargain, and I was really disappointed in them. You can get these from Sainsburys in the freezer aisle, and you get a box of 8 fruit flavoured ice lollies for 50p. I thought this was a great price until I actually ate one. There are 3 flavours in the box and they are orange, lemon and strawberry, which are completely acceptable flavours for ice lollies. The lemon one for me was the best as it was the strongest however they all tasted very weak, and as soon as you sucked a bit the flavour completely disappeared. The strawberry one was definitely the weakest and really didn't taste of a lot. These lollies reminded me of frozen squash, my mom used to do that when I was a kid in order to make her own ice lollies, but these weren't even as good as that. Also I found them very hard, so they were quite difficult to eat, as I couldn't bite them (due to sensitive teeth) and sucking them meant the flavour had gone in about 30 seconds. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone, they are worse than home made ones. They are very weak tasting and rock hard. Very poor quality, but then for 50p you can't really expect much, but Sainsburys basics range are usually better than this.
