      A great treat!

      Sainsbury's Temptingly Toffee Probiotic Yogurt

      'Toffee Fudge' variety

      4x125g

      2% fat

      Suitable for vegetarians

119 calories per pot, with 6g of protein, 15.9g of carbohydrate (in the sugar).

Although these are a low fat version of toffee yogurt, they seem extremely thick and creamy, which is great because you feel you are getting something more naughty than it really is.

All the ingredients are natural, including water, sugar, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, Rice Starch, Butter and other natural flavourings.

I like to freeze them to give me the effect of having ice cream, but with a lower calorie count, although freezing is not recommended (do not freeze them then eat them after defrosting again).

The close-up photograph on the cardboard outer sleeve is so utterly tempting that it almost jumps off the shelf and puts itself in your trolley - old-fashioned fudge, in little chunks that look home made, nestle together on greaseproof paper in a little wicker basket..... <drool>. Perfect for upping sales, I couldn't resist it.

What do they taste like? They taste thick, creamy and extremely sugary. They are utterly gorgeous, but you only want one at a time (thankfully).

Like all toffee or fudge products , a little goes a long, long way. The extreme sweetness can get a bit cloying if you overdo things, so savour it slowly and just stick to one at a time.

I would have known even if I had not read the label that this yogurt contains condensed milk, it has an unmistakeable milky sugaryness that you don't get from anything else. Lovely in small doses.

The yogurts are also supposed to have pro-biotic effects, i.e. help with your digestion and 'good bacteria' etc. The label states "These yogurts contain Sainsbury's probiotic bacteria, that may help to maintain the natural balance of your digestive system".

Well , I don't know how many you would need to eat each day to notice a difference, I certainly don't feel any better or worse for eating it, to be honest. Just try these yogurts because they taste nice!
