good - no need to pay the high price of branded similar product

This is a product suggestion of mine, just been advised it has been catalogued, so I am writing review straight away.

This product is very like the Danone Actimel & Yakult probiotic yoghurt drinks - in fact it has been brought out by Tesco as a cheaper alternative.

It comes in a little white bottle printed on the front with the same \as my heading
      Helps support your natural defences.

6 of these little bottles come as a pack in a cardboard sleeve with all the information printed on.

Added Ingredents: Sugar, Dextrose, Sugar Syrup, Blueberry Juice from Concentrate (1.5%), Blackcurrant Juice from Concentrate (1%), Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Natural Flavouring, L.casei.
      Allergies Information
      Contains Milk
      May contain Nuts

      Traffic Lights Labelling
      Per 100g bottle
      Calories 70
      Fat 1.0g
      Sat fat 0.3g
      Sugar 10.4g
      Salt 0.1g

It comes in several flavours. I have been buying the Blueberry & the Strawberry. There is also a multi-fruit option.

This is a probiotic drink, which means it's full of good bacteria that help keep your gut healthy. The good bacteria in the drink is strong enough to survive the acid in the stomach and reach the intestines alive in sufficient numbers to help support your own good bacteria. Drinking one bottle of this daily can help keep your gut healthy and a healthy gut also means stronger natural defences.

The active ingredient is a live probiotic strain of good bacteria called Lactobacillus casei
Apparently it is good for you to have one of these every day, but bad for you to have more than one!

      ~My experience~

I really love these little yogurt drinks. The flavours are really enjoyable & the consistency is fairly thick, not as thick as a yogurt you would eat with a spoon, but not too thin!

Most days I have one straight out of the bottle in the morning. The other day I had forgotten, & later in the day I sliced a banana into a dish & not having any cream or plain yogurt, I poured one of these Tesco probiotic yoghurt drinks over (blueberry). It was actually a very nice combination, so I will do that again.

The price is excellent. One pack is £1.49 but there is an offer on to buy two packs for £2.50

I would recommend this product if you are in the market for pro-biotics
