Having recently decided to try and lose a bit of weight ready for my holiday and the dreaded bikinis that will be involved, I thought the best way to do it would be to get back on the Weight Watchers plan. As a gold member, I know that this eating plan works for me and gives me a lots of healthy options when it comes to choosing what to eat. Whilst in my local Tesco a couple of weeks ago, I noticed the thick & creamy dessert recipe yoghurts at the end of an aisle, and as they were on buy one get one free, I though it was an ideal time to try them out. The pack includes 4 yoghurts, each 120g at a normal cost of £1.49 per pack, which works out at under 38p ... Read the complete review

Yoghurts are quick, convenient, and are particularly well suited to the warm summer months when you want a chilled foodie treat. They are handy to pack with a lunch or have with your breakfast as a healthy light snack. I am attempting to eat a more healthy, low-fat diet and the Weight Watchers range is appealing and accessible. I bought a 4-pack of these dessert flavour yoghurts for £1.50 from Tesco, where they are currently on special offer and you can Buy One Get One Free. Weightwatchers Dessert Recipe Yoghurts I saw these in Tesco last weekend and as I am constantly trying to lose a bit of weight for the summer I thought I would give these a try as they were new to me and as the flavours sounded very tempting. These four little 120g size pots of dessert come in small cardboard containers that each have a small picture of what is contained inside. So the lemon cheesecake flavour has a picture of a slice of lemon sitting on a biscuit base, and the toffee apple flavour shows a slice of apple with soft toffee dribbling over it, and so on. The pots are then wrapped inside a cardboard sleeve that contains all ... Read the complete review

I picked up these Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe Yoghurts for £1 from the supermarket which I thought was good value for 4 low calorie yoghurts. They tempted themselves into my shopping trolley as the flavours sounded just so scrummy that I had to give them a go, and with the added benefit of the 'Weight Watchers' logo, I guessed they'd be good for the old waistline which I'm trying to shrink. The packaging is fairly standard for yoghurt packaging these days and consists of a cardboard sleeve around the four plastic yoghurt pots that are stuck together ready for 'snapping' apart. The yoghurts are 120g sized pots and in my opinion are a decent sized yoghurt ... Read the complete review

Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe Yoghurts Description: Manufacturer: Weight Watchers / Thick & Creamy Yoghurt. Like so many of us, I ate and drank far too much over the festive season, which means that I am now looking for ways to eat healthily and hopefully lose a few pounds. I work shifts which means that I have less time to cook meals from scratch than I would like. Also, as anyone who works shifts will testify too, it is often easier to snack on junk, or eat the wrong kinds of foods at the wrong time of day. This does make it harder to be good, but I have been trying to ensure that I swap sweet treats for these Weight Watchers ... Read the complete review
