Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe Yoghurts

Description: Manufacturer: Weight Watchers / Thick & Creamy Yoghurt.

Like so many of us, I ate and drank far too much over the festive season, which means that I am now looking for ways to eat healthily and hopefully lose a few pounds. I work shifts which means that I have less time to cook meals from scratch than I would like. Also, as anyone who works shifts will testify too, it is often easier to snack on junk, or eat the wrong kinds of foods at the wrong time of day. This does make it harder to be good, but I have been trying to ensure that I swap sweet treats for these Weight Watchers yogurts and have been pleasantly surprised by how tasty they actually are.

These yogurts come in packs of four, each one weighing 120g. They usually retail for around the £1.50 mark but I picked these up on special offer at a local supermarket and paid just £1 for them.

The flavours are a little different to the bog standard yogurt flavours, and you will get Strawberry Tart, Raspberry Tart, Lemon Cheesecake and Toffee Apple in a pack.

The strawberry tart and raspberry tart varieties contain only oneWeight Watchers point and are 56 calories each.

Lemon Cheesecake and Toffee Apple are one Weight Watchers point and are 62 and 58 calories each.

These yogurts are really creamy and certainly don't taste like they are from the Weight Watchers range which is fab as they feel a little like a treat. The lemon cheesecake one is my favourite as it is a little sharp and tangy but they are all pretty good.

If you are like me and are looking for ways to eat more healthily without compromising on flavour then you should certainly pick these up. They are a fab alternative to unhealthy sweet treats and can help you to lose weight as part of a calorie controlled diet - what more could you ask for!

Summary: Well worth buying
