~~My Usage Experience ~ 'Put the chocolate in the bag and nobody gets hurt'! :~)~~
I purchased these deserts for two reasons, my daughter wants to lose a little weight, though she certainly doesn't need too, and the product was on offer. Oh and I neglected to say, they're made with real chocolate! :~)
When my daughter visited, I immediately went to the fridge and said that I had something I wanted her to try out. We both opened the foil seal to the plain white plastic tubs and I felt instantly disappointed. The dessert, although having a rich intense dark brown hue, looked runny, much like the basic brands one can purchase in stores. I was more disappointed for my daughter because, well that's just us mums; we want to indulge our babies no matter how old they are! :~)
But I shouldn't have been concerned. This quality brand ended up furnishing no disappointment at all! The desert only comes ¾ ways up towards the brim of the pot but I found out to my surprise that this amount is well enough. As I scooped up a portion onto my spoon the creamy fluid like consistency emanated a luxurious and sweet Belgium chocolate aroma. Really, this treat will have all chocolate lovers salivating before the first taste! Once I took the first mouthful, the incredible smooth velvety chocolate hit my taste buds with the most delectable flavour. The taste is up their alongside any top brands, such as Thornton's. The sensation of the ambrosial and delicious melted liquid is so palatable that once one spoonful is finished it is passed my self-control to not taste more!
There is a delicate sheen to the chocolate that gives it a very appetising and inviting appearance. The succulent chocolate isn't at all sickly or unbalanced on the 70g portions, though any more at one sitting probably would render the consumer feeling rather sickly. This is a very rich desert 'made with real chocolate' so it is little wonder why more than one pot at a time would make the dessert 'too much of a good thing'! Apart from the mellow mouth-watering chocolate, the sweetness is just right. This dessert is very delicately sweetened to give it a scrumptious taste without being overwhelming. The almost ice cream consistency affords a refined texture that glides down the throat in a smooth velveteen fashion. This desert oozes such appeal that it really does instantly furnish a feel good factor, the dopamine effect! :~)
I have found this desert to be amazingly versatile as it can be used as a fun 'dipping' desert with sliced bananas, strawberries and other succulent and juicy fruits. Marshmallows make a wonderful fun dipping medium with the chocolate desert for children too. I also love pouring the dessert over chocolate pudding, but beware; moving from the chair soon after consuming will not be an option!
~~Would I Recommend? ~ 'EMERGENCY ALERT: If wearer of this shirt is found vacant, listless, or depressed, ADMINISTER CHOCOLATE IMMEDIATELY'!~~
Yes, this is a truly exquisite dessert that will set your dopamine levels on overdrive! :~D The chocolate taste like the very best Belgium confectionery. Having only the 70g pot at one sitting is enough to enjoy without being sickly. This low calorie dessert is beautifully balanced with its sweetness and dairy ingredients. Versatile and fun to share, this dessert will be on my shopping list again!
I am giving this product four stars instead of five due to the artificial sweetener included in the ingredients!
