... was expecting Bangkok to be a lot of hard work but it only becomes that if you let it best to go with the flow and dont rush about, this Massive City needs your patience and time to get the full experience out of it. We stayed in the main hostel area on the Kao sok road which is where most backpackers end up, everything you could want is there wether its booking further travel elsewhere or just finding a bargain in the markets, there are many bars down this road and are very cheaply priced. First stop on anyoned list is the Royal Palace, best time to go when its really sunny as the glittering mirrors and polished surfaces of the palace really makes it feel you are...

... I have only been to Turkey once so far and I went to this samll village called Kalkan. As far as I am aware this Village is not very widely known as a tourist resort, and is one of the few unspoilt places I have been. It is far from the Zante s, Benidorm s and Blackpools many people call a holiday. Its a true culture change and the best experience I have had so far in my life. I went when I was 16, not really knowing what to expect as I had never been to turkey before. The hotel was amazing, very clean and the staff were so helpful and polite. And there we were, back in Yangon, 4 hours and 150km away from Bago after our driver didn t drop us of - and it nearly took us 30min to figure it out!
