Disadvantages: THE PRICES OF THE ROOMS ARE A BIT EXPENSIVE

Well this is what you expect from a trip to Brasil, a small paradise, Buzius is a little peninsula, to enter you have to go abroad on a small bridge, there is 5 main beaches, all diferent for all tastes:
Azeda e Azedinha - cant say nothing because i never found this one, hehehehe
Ferradura - my favorite one, this one is like a shoe horse, the water is very warm, when we arrive for the first time on this one its was 8am and the water was full of fishes, i recomend on this one to make wakeboard its cheap and its fun
Tartaruga - this one have several recifes, you can snork on this one and see many diferent fishes like nemo :)
João Fernandes : also nice beach for sun but overcrawed....
Geribá - best beach for surf and kite, its big
For Snorking you have one litle spot thats the best one PRAIA DAS LAGostinhas, theres were i saw from litle fishes to big fishes like swoardfish. The equipament for Snorking, you can rent on the main street of the town (rua das pedras), always ask for discout :).
For staying i recomend Pousada dos Gravatás its on the beach of geribá , real on the beach, ask always for the room with beach view it worth the price you pay, you can jump from the window and run to the warm water! If you find this to expensive try near or on the Rua das pedras because its the only place with activity at night.
I recomend when you arrive, to rent also a buggy, you need them to see all buzios, its not expesive.
As for the people on Buzios, they are a bit reserved, its a turistic city, but they dont give much confidence.
The commerce is good, they have nice shops and the sellers are very professional.
Food, well there is one recommendation i can make, the far you go from the main street the cheaper is the price of a meal, but there is something you can miss on the Rua das pedras, is to try Chez Michou restaurant, its over 20 years there and you will know why, its the best creps for all over the world, and the ambient its very good, a must on rua das pedras. I can recomend for rodizio a small restaurant near rua do sossego, its cheap and all the locals eat there, so hehehe its good, for dringging try also the street paralel to the rua das pedras, you have a traditional brazilian beer house and its cheapear than other bars .
The segurity on Buzios is good, you can sleep on the beach, or leave your things on the beach (not money), the only annouyng thing is that on almost every beach you have "arrumadores" guys that ask for money to keep your car segured, well you can give some, but after the beach, that way he stays near your buggy.
i stroggly recomend to stay for a week at Buzios and if you are with a girl its perfect, because at night the sea is also beutifull!

Summary: A PLACE NOT TO MISS AT BRASIL!
