... is a great place to visit as long as it s warm. It can be a wild and windy place in bad weather, but I had fond memories of it as typical seaside holiday resort when I ventured back there for a couple of days. The town in on the North Yorkshire coast quite close to Whitby and Bridlington. There are plenty of shops and an indoor market called Brunswick Market which is a good place to browse if it rains.
