Advantages: Lots of things in one place

Disadvantages: Poor evironmental policy

As a member of staff at Center Parcs (Sherwood) I'd just like to warn people that we arent as environmentally friendly as we pretend. We prick mallard eggs (800 this year), kill squirrels and are currently undertaking a lot of building work that requires mature trees to be chopped down. We also use peat based compost but tell guests its peat-free. Even the staff dont always recycle things either! I am not saying dont go to the place, but just want to you know what you are spending your hard earned money on (it is expensive).

Summary: Expensive, poor environmental policy, lots of things to do in one place

If they are doing these things especially than contact a local paper.
If they are mis advertising the peat than a call to trading standards would get this sorted.

I it annoys you enough to post here, do something about it....
